VitalityHealth launches new platform for advisers

Rolled out in the autumn

VitalityHealth has launched a new platform for financial advisers, the Adviser Hub, which it hopes will better the experience for advisers using the service.

The platform will be rolled out to advisers throughout the autumn and will house a selection of downloadable forms and literature items, including renewal documentation. The insurer said the hub will offer an improved service to advisers, allowing them to immediately log and confirm receipt of their queries. It will be available for 24 hours a day. Vitality's existing Quick Quote platform for personal healthcare business has also been incorporated into the Adviser Hub site with an additional savings calculator tool.
