Quilter Cheviot hires trio for new investment team

Arthursson to lead new private client team

Old Mutual Wealth subsidiary Quilter Cheviot has hired three investment managers to its London office as it plans to launch a new investment management team focusing on private clients.

Mats Arthursson, Suneet Kumar and James Gatehouse (pictured) will all join the £22.5bn AUM firm as part of the fresh team. Quilter Cheviot acquires Attivo Investment Management Arthursson, who will lead the team, joins from Arbuthnot Latham & Co, where he most recently served as a director of investment management.  Commenting on his appointment, Arthursson said he has "significant experience in managing discretionary portfolios on behalf of high net worth clients".
