AJ Bell launches lifetime ISA on D2C platform

AJ Bell has launched a lifetime ISA (LISA) offering on its direct to consumer platform with plans to roll it out to its adviser platform in due course.

AJ Bell is the latest provider to offer the LISA, joining the likes of Hargreaves Lansdown, Nutmeg and the Share Centre. It said demand for the product was currently higher in the direct market, but it would launch the LISA on the adviser platform later in the year as part of a series of updates to the service. Investors will be able to access open market funds, shares, investment trusts, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), gilts and bonds as well as AJ Bell's range of passive funds and list of favourite funds through the product. The annual custody charge is 0.25%, which equates to £12....
