OMW national advice arm acquires Infiniti

Adds £230m to AUM

Old Mutual Private Client Advisers (PCA) has acquired Shropshire-based financial planning firm Infiniti Financial Planning.

The acquisition saw £230m assets under management brought to Old Mutual Wealth's advice arm. Infiniti's three advisers and additional support staff will be merged with OMW's newly-acquired financial planning business Premier to form the Birmingham office of Old Mutual PCA. Infiniti managing director Kevil Speake will become a regional director with the business.
