Adrian Walker will retire at the end of the year after more than 27 years with Old Mutual Wealth (OMW).

As the firm's head of retirement proposition marketing, Walker has been responsible for the development of the company's retirement proposition for advisers and clients since 1989. Despite being involved in the industry for almost three decades, Walker (pictured) said the pensions landscape did not look too dissimilar now compared with when he started out although he did call for a period of stability from the government.
