PASA chair Margaret Snowdon to sit on pensions dashboard steering group

"My focus is to keep the steering group honest"

Pensions Administration Standards Association (PASA) chair Margaret Snowdon OBE will sit on the steering group for the pensions dashboard project, the independent body has announced.

A prototype dashboard consisting of 11 providers will be made ready by March 2017, despite the initial deadline of 2019, it was announced last week by economic secretary to the Treasury Simon Kirby. Snowdon will represent the pensions industry as one of two members of the steering group and will work closely with providers and the Association of British Insurers (ABI), which is overseeing the project.
