Which funds attracted multi-managers in Q4?

Henderson UK Property and the M&G Property Portfolio have taken joint first place as the most commonly held vehicles in multi-manager and model portfolios in Q4.

Data from Harrington Cooper surveyed the key asset allocation calls made during the period by 32 multi-manager funds and model portfolios. The list was calculated by assessing how many times a fund was featured in these funds' top 10 holdings lists. The £4.6bn M&G Property Portfolio, which also took the top position in the third quarter, is managed by Fiona Rowley and Justin Upton. Meanwhile, the £4.1bn Henderson UK Property fund, which failed to place in the top ten in the previous quarter, is run by Marcus Langlands-Pearse (pictured) and Ainslie McLennan.
