London & Capital sells adviser-only model portfolios arm

Buyer's big push into UK market

Momentum, the UK arm of South African financial services firm MMI Holdings, has acquired the Adviser Solutions business from London & Capital.

Adviser Solutions is a series of model investment portolios for UK investors accessed through financial advisers. The acquisition will sit within Momentum Global Investment Management and comes as Momentum - which designs and manages outcome based, risk profiled investments in the UK, Far and Middle East and South Africa - looks to continue to grow its presence in the British retail market.
