IRESS updates Adviser Office with customer service focus

Technology company IRESS has released the latest version of its Adviser Office back office system which includes a services proposition module that monitors a company's performance.

The new version, 11.2, has been designed to improve customer service, the firm said. The module allows advisers to monitor their own propositions, ensure they are being met and that service level agreements are being adhered to. It also highlights any process development requirements that need attention. The module tracks the service firms say they will provide their clients and compares this with its actions.
