Dentons diversifies business with legal arm launch

Dentons Holdings group, which includes Dentons Pensions Management, has launched a legal arm specialising in property and conveyancing.

DPM Legal will provide expert legal advice on a range of property transactions to individuals, trustees and businesses. Dentons Holdings chairman Martyn Rose said the move would diversify the firm's income streams. He said: "It is complementary to Dentons Pension Management, being a niche, highly technical discipline." David Kearsley has been named managing director of the operation.
