Brewin pair to open Hargreave Hale office

Hargreave Hale has poached two investment managers from Brewin Dolphin to open an office in Norwich.

Richard Larner and Paul Pearce will open the Norwich office in August, with the potential for further appointments as the business develops, Hargreaves Hale said. Larner, who will head the branch, started his private client stockbroking career with Grieveson Grant in 1984, before moving to Norwich and Peterborough Building Society's stockbroking subsidiary Waters Lunniss. He then became a founding partner of Hill Osborne's Norwich office which subsequently became part of Brewin Dolphin. He served as head of the Norwich office from 2007.
