FCA's Lesley Titcomb joins TPR as chief executive

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has appointed Lesley Titcomb as chief executive.

Titcomb, who is chief operating officer and a board member at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), will take up the post from 2 March next year. The regulator had been searching over a period of 18 months for a permanent replacement for former chief executive Bill Galvin. Titcomb said: "The UK is currently undergoing a pensions revolution.
