Date set for Aberdeen UK Platform Awards

Organisers of the Aberdeen UK Platform Awards have set a date for this year's ceremony, and will soon be inviting firms to enter the adviser categories.

After a fascinating - and sometimes turbulent - year in which operators have had to wrestle with RDR, fees, clean share classes and unit rebates, assets on platforms are fast approaching £300bn. On September 30, the key stakeholders from the platforms industry will gather to celebrate all that is good and exciting in platforms. The 8th annual Aberdeen UK Platform Awards, which is sponsored by Professional Adviser, will be held at the magnificent Hilton on Park Lane and will once again be hosted by Kate Silverton.
