Invesco sales trio exit to join Woodford

Members of Invesco Perpetual's sales team have left the business in order to join Neil Woodford's new venture, Investment Week understands.

Three regional account managers have resigned and are currently on gardening leave ahead of a move to Oakley Capital. The trio will land at Oakley later this year, around the time Woodford himself exits Invesco to launch his new firm, Woodford Investment Management. While Woodford (pictured) does not leave Invesco Perpetual until April, a number of his former colleagues are already working at Oakley Capital, which is providing support to his new business.
