Lighthouse appoints compliance director Paterson to Board

Advisory group Lighthouse has appointed Kenneth George Paterson, the company's compliance and risk director, to its Board.

Paterson joined Lighthouse in August 2012 as group compliance director and has held that role since that time. Prior to joining the company, Paterson was also a director responsible for compliance at Burns-Anderson and Sage Financial Services, some of the company's that comprised Honister Capital. Lighthouse said in a statement: "[Paterson] has considerable compliance and risk specialist experience having previously held senior positions within regulatory authorities and more latterly large scale financial businesses."
