Suffolk Life launches solicitor panel for commercial property

Suffolk Life is launching a solicitor panel to enhance buying and selling commercial property within their SIPPs.

Suffolk Life have named Birketts LLP, Bond Dickinson and Thrings as their panel. As part of implementing the solicitor panel Suffolk Life has also made some changes to their commercial property pricing. All panel solicitors have committed to a menu of fees for the services they offer and have agreed with Suffolk Life. The panel is available for properties in England and Wales, with Scotland and Northern Ireland being introduced later in the year.
