Financial secretary to the Treasury Greg Clark has been replaced by Sajid Javid in the government reshuffle.
Clark has been move to the Cabinet Office and will become minister of state for cities and constitution. Javid, Conservative MP for Bromsgrove, was previously economic secretary to the Treasury. That post will now be filled by Nicky Morgan. The BBC reports the prime minister has also appointed Mike Penning as minister of state at the Department for Work and Pensions. He has previously been minister of state for Northern Ireland.
