Old Mutual Wealth appoints three non-exec directors

Old Mutual Wealth Management has appointed three non-executive directors to its board.

Jane Hanson and Simon Davies have been appointed for an initial term of three years while Ashok Gupta's term will last for one year in order to provide continuity from the former holding company board of Skandia Life to Old Mutual. Gupta, the former Scottish Amicable finance director, will chair Old Mutual Wealth's audit committee. Former Aviva risk and governance director Hanson will chair the board risk committee and ex-Threadneedle chief executive Simon Davies will chair the remuneration committee.
