Skandia UK sales director to retire

Skandia UK sales director Steve Powell has announced his intention to retire at the end of the year after 23 years with the company.

Powell (pictured) has been in the role since October 2012. He joined Skandia from Prolific in 1993 to head up the national account function and has since held a number of roles, including head of the corporate partners team, and positions on the Skandia multifunds board and life assurance company board He said: "I am extremely proud of what we have achieved during my time at Skandia.
