Perspective shelves plans to float on AIM

Advisory firm Perspective Financial Group has shelved its plans to float on AIM.

The company said last month it was looking to raise £28m via an initial public offering (IPO). In a statement, the company said: "Despite strong interest from investors, Perspective Financial Group has decided to postpone its IPO. "The company continues to deliver strong profitable growth and remains confident in its proven strategy and will seek to revisit the IPO at a more appropriate time."
