A Berkshire-based IFA is in the process of building an execution-only offering for existing clients with investable assets of £50,000 or less, but who no longer want to engage with the firm's advice process.
Ascot Wealth Management is aiming to launch a website by the end of the year which will allow clients to pick and choose their own products without receiving formal advice from the firm. The online-only offering will target existing clients who were paying less than the minimum fee of £500 per year. Managing director Mark Insley said: "All it gives is the opportunity to not have to turn people away.
