Barclays raids JP Morgan for group finance director

Barclays has named JP Morgan Chase chief financial officer Tushar Morzaria as group finance director.

Morzaria will begin work for Barclays in the autumn, where he will report to group chief executive Antony Jenkins, and receive an annual salary of £800,000 as well as an annual incentive award opportunity of up to a maximum of 250% of salary. He will also be eligible for long-term incentives equivalent to up to 400% of his salary.
