Standard Life poaches Barry O'Dwyer from Prudential

Barry O'Dwyer, deputy chief executive at Prudential UK & Europe, has been made managing director of workplace at Standard Life.

Paul Matthews, CEO UK and Europe at Standard Life, said: "Barry joins Standard Life to lead a core part of our business. "As a leading player in industry debate, he brings with him a wealth of experience of the UK and Europe markets alongside knowing Standard Life very well." Prudential has replaced O'Dwyer with John Warburton who has been made managing director of Retail Life and Pensions for Prudential UK and Europe.
