MPs back Arck investors' fight against Yorkshire Bank

A group of 16 MPs has pledged to support investors in failed scheme Arck in their fight to get redress from Yorkshire Bank.

More than 200 Arck investors have written to their MPs, seeking their urgent support to put pressure on Yorkshire Bank to address their grievances. The responses from MPs have been positive with 16 MPs pledging specific actions to support them in their fight to get a fair hearing. The Arck scheme invested via financial advisers in sale and repurchase (SARP) contracts for foreign property developments which were supposed to produce significant returns. However, Arck entered liquidation in April and, along with directors Richard Clay and Kathryn Clark, is currently being investigated...
