Firm migrates £125m to Standard Life wrap

A Scottish wealth manager has migrated £125m of client assets to Standard Life in seven months, with more than £80m coming from Fidelity FundsNetwork.

Edinburgh-based Balmoral Asset Management has been consolidating client assets onto the wrap since November, and is expected to move £170m of its £300m assets under administration in under a year. About 65% of the assets were previously held with FundsNetwork, with 20% coming from James Hay. "The rest have come from various places and the clients really like having most of their assets in the same place," said managing director Stuart MacDonald.
