Former FSA COO takes up Greenwich university post

Mark Norris, the former chief operating officer (COO) at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), has been appointed as COO of the University of Greenwich.

Norris left the FSA in July 2010 after 16 months in the role, and was replaced by Lesley Titcomb. He is set to start his post at the university on 1 May. He said: "This is an exciting opportunity to leverage my experience and knowledge in this new role and help the university to deliver its ambitious strategy. It will be a great challenge."
