Standard Life workplace chief moves to Scottish Widows

Standard Life workplace managing director and Vebnet chief executive Ronnie Taylor is joining Scottish Widows.

Standard Life workplace managing director and Vebnet chief executive Ronnie Taylor is joining Scottish Widows. Taylor had been Standard workplace managing director and Vebnet chief since September 2012. He joined Standard in 1997 and has held a number of senior distribution jobs across the business. Standard chief executive Paul Matthews and the workplace management team will lead workplace operations while a replacement is found. Standard says it intends to fill the roles "in the near future". Vebnet is Standard Life's employee benefits arm.
