FundsNetwork to run Informed Choice D2C platform

Adviser firm Informed Choice has appointed Fidelity FundsNetwork to run its direct to consumer (D2C) platform, IC Direct.

FundsNetwork will provide the custody, dealing and administration services for the proposition, which will target consumers with between between £20,000 and £40,000 of investable assets. FundsNetwork head of sales, Paul Richards, said D2C propositions run by adviser firms would be a major opportunity for platforms in 2013.
