Perspective sets up operational board

National advisory group Perspective has set up a new operational board and promoted several key individuals.

David Hesketh has become group mergers and acquisitions director, having previously been the group's manager. Julie Hepworth, currently group regulatory manager will become group regulatory director. They will join the new operational board which also includes managing director, Damian Keeling; financial director, Phil Carr; group operations director, Peter Craddock; and group practice director, Ian Wilkinson.
