Russell Lancaster to head Fidelity sales team

Former Cofunds head of commercial Russell Lancaster is joining Fidelity as sales director.

He returns to financial services after just five months as distribution director at insurer RSA. Lancaster (pictured) held a number of roles during his twelve years at Cofunds, including responsibilities for fund manager relationships and change management. He has also held worked at M&G, Ernst & Young and Scottish Widows. "The opportunity to join Fidelity and to lead the important work to help advisers grow their businesses is hugely exciting and I can't wait to get started with the team," he said.
