SFO director: body needs to 'up its game'

The director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has admitted the organisation has been suffering from "failure in quality" and needs to "up its game", the Telegraph reports.

David Green told MPs on the Justice Select Committee recent failed investigations, which he described as a “fiasco”, were down to poor quality management. “We need to up our game on performance, and I’m all for that. We do a very difficult job in difficult circumstances,” he said.
