Threesixty launches service for IFA buyers

Professional services firm threesixty has launched a suite of services aimed at businesses looking to buy up IFA firms.

The service will be based around the three core aspects to the acquisition. The first part of the service will look at the business plan, what the business aims to achieve with the acquisition and how realistic it is. The second part will look at the transaction itself - this might include due diligence work or valuation. The third part of the service will look at post-sale issues such as data and asset migration, cultural and employment law.  The new service will be managed by Innes Miller, who recently joined threesixty from Ernst & Young.
