Novia offers first commercial property SIPP

Novia is to allow commercial property onto the wrap for the first time, in a bid to compete with specialist self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs).

The platform has partnered with Attivo Asset Management, who will operate as the appointed fund manager. Sales and marketing director Paul Boston (pictured) said the market was increasingly moving from off-platform SIPP providers. "This new initiative reflects a real shift in the marketplace from traditional SIPP providers to using wrap platform technology, which provides access to a broader range of sectors," he said.
