Truestone acquires wealth manager Argent

Privately owned wealth manager Truestone has acquired Argent UK and Argent Personal Financial Management Limited for £3.5m.

The sum will be provided in cash and equity over two years. Combined, the groups which both provide independent financial advice have around £360m in funds under management. Both groups operate in London and the South East and target ‘high net worth' clients. Truestone comprises investment and wealth management specialists Truestone Asset Management Limited (TAM), an employee benefit practice called Truestone Corporate Solutions (TCS) and impact investment fund manager Truestone Impact Investment Management Limited (TIIM).
