Lighthouse shareholders call for Hickey to go

Shareholders at the Lighthouse Group have called for a general meeting to remove the current director, David Hickey, and replace him with the previous co-director Allan Rosengren.

Rosengren left his role as co-director of the company, where he worked alongside Hickey, in October last year.  An announcement to the stockmarket said that the board of directors has received a valid request requiring it to convene a general meeting of the company to remove David Hickey as director of the company and appoint Rosengren. The communication also requested that any other director appointed between the date of the requisition and the conclusion of the general meeting be removed.
