Friends Life lands ex-Phoenix boss for heritage CEO role

Friends Life has appointed former Phoenix Group boss Jonathan Moss as CEO of its heritage division.

He will join the company in early September, reporting to group CEO Andy Briggs and will be responsible for delivering its strategic goals, including its capital optimisation plans. His appointment follows on from the confirmation earlier today that parent company Resolution will not seek to split up or sell-off Friends Life.
