Axa Wealth appoints distribution chief for D2C service

Axa Wealth has appointed Ian Smith to lead the distribution strategy for the group's direct to consumer (D2C) proposition, which is due to launch later this summer.

Smith joins Axa Wealth from business consultancy CTW Ltd. In his new role, Ian will develop AXA's D2C strategy through adviser and other partner channels.
