A former chief executive of The Lighthouse Group has joined the growing number of shareholders that say they will not vote in favour of the Lighthouse directors' proposal to delist from AIM.
Allen Rosengren was joint chief executive of the Lighthouse Group for three years before leaving in October 2011. He owns 15% of the company. He said: "The board of directors head up a business that has gone through the process of becoming quoted and, in doing so, sought external private and institutional investors. "It owes it to those shareholders to continue to operate as a listed entity, or make a sensible cash offer for their shares."
