RSM Tenon Group appoints non-executive director

RSM Tenon has appointed David Jeffcoat to the role of non executive director.

Jeffcoat will also become chairman of the audit committee. Between November 2010 and April 2011 Jeffcoat was a non-executive director of Zenergy Power. Between 2000 and 2009 he also worked as group finance director for aerospace and defence electronics manufacturing group Ultra Electronics Holdings. In addition, he will continue to work as audit committee chairman of Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust, and WYG, a global management and technology consultancy.
