Queen's Speech to confirm public sector pension changes

The Queen will address parliament this morning and is set to confirm the government's intention to continue with the reform package. Unions have organised mass walk outs over the changes - with another large strike planned for tomorrow. However, the government is set to continue with plans to change public sector schemes from final salary set ups to career average arrangements in the next parliamentary session.
