Auto-enrolment 'massive opportunity' to grow client base - Scottish Life

Scottish Life has launched an adviser-focused automatic enrolment website designed to help build IFA knowledge of upcoming pension reforms.

The ‘knowledge builder' gives advisers access to information on auto-enrolment and employer duties. The pensions specialist arm of Royal London said auto-enrolment will be a big challenge for employers - especially for around 1 million who currently do not provide a scheme for staff. It added advisers will be called upon to help set up new schemes and assist bosses establish what they have to do to comply with employer duties.
