Online-Partnership to acquire The Whitechurch Network

The Online-Partnership Group, owner of the Sussex-based In-Partnership Network, is set to acquire the Whitechurch Network.

The deal would create a business with more than 600 financial advisers and is currently waiting for Financial Services Authority (FSA) approval for a change of controller. The brands will retain their separate identities with the managing director of Bristol-based Whitechurch, Ian McIver, remaining in place. The In-Partnership network currently has about 450 advisers while The Whitechurch Network has around 180.
