Foster Denovo appoints COO

National advisory group, Foster Denovo, has appointed Helen Lovett to the role of chief operating officer.

Lovett will be responsible for managing major strands of the company including IT, HR and sales support. She will also be responsible for preparing the employee benefits function for the Retail Distribution Review. Her appointment follows that of Darren Laverty's promotion to director of sales and marketing. The aim of the expansion of the management team is to prepare the company for growth.
