This week's movers and shakers

Equilibrium Asset Management has appointed Andrew Hirst as chartered financial planner, and Lucas Jones as client manager. Hirst comes from PFK Financial Planning and Jones comes from Honister Capital. LV= has appointed Katherine Oxenham as business development manager for its retirement solutions business. She joins from Annuity Direct where she was the financial planning director. Oxenham has more than two decades of experience working for life companies and independent financial advisers. She is also a senior examiner for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
