Unions release Bryan Ferry classic before pension protest

Trade unionists have released a cover of the Bryan Ferry classic "Let's Stick Together" in a bid to gather support for strikes against public sector pension cuts.

A group formed by 14 public sector employees called The Workers has recorded Ferry's 1976 floorfiller as "Let's Work Together" as an anthem for the pension strikes scheduled for 30 November. The walk-out is in opposition to plans which include increasing employer contributions to public sector pensions, reducing payouts and pushing back retirement dates. The Workers have pledged to donate 40p from every 99p single sold to Age UK.
