Transact appoints COO

Davidson joined the wrap last November from facilities management firm Sodexo, where she worked for over twenty years overseeing strategy, operational management and new business development. Former Transact head of operations Mark Links left the wrap last year to take up a senior appointment with a fund management house. Since joining Transact, Davidson has concentrated on reviewing current processes. In an adviser update, she said Transact is currently reviewing its approach to account management whilst also striving to provide better services to clients.
