Openwork appoints new COO

Openwork has hired Paul Bridge in the role of chief operating officer (COO) to replace Mary-Anne McIntyre, who was recently promoted to CEO.

He joins from Aviva where he was interim change delivery director within life and pensions. Bridge has also worked for companies including Bupa Health and Wellbeing, where he was director of UK Change and Technology, and a number of other organisations including Barclays, Invesco Perpetual, Allied Irish Bank, Scottish Widows and Ernst & Young. In his new role he will assume responsibility for Openwork's Partner facing support functions as well as delivery of its strategic change programme including platform delivery.
