The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has issued a warning about an unregulated investment company firm masquerading as part of the Axa group.
It said Axa Rosenberg Investment Management Ltd is not regulated and believed the "organisation may be targeting UK customers". The FSA pointed out the company has "no association whatsoever" with Axa Rosenberg Investment Management Limited, a specialist active global equity investment management firm within the Axa Investment Managers group. It added investors in the company "should be aware that the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme are not available if you deal with an unauthorised company or individual".
