Openwork promotes Duckworth to distribution MD

Openwork has promoted Mark Duckworth to managing director, distribution and marketing.

Currently commercial development director at the company, he will spearhead the development of Openwork's IFA network capability and take on a management role across its key corporate accounts. Duckworth (pictured), who joined Openwork in November 2010, will also be responsible for all elements of distribution, including adviser recruitment, marketing and the development of the network's overall proposition strategy.
