Perspective acquires IFA McGrath Rathbone

IFA consolidator Perspective Financial Group has acquired Oxfordshire-based adviser firm McGrath Rathbone.

McGrath Rathbone has an annual turnover of £800k with approximately £100m of funds under management. It offers a range of financial services and has seven staff including four registered individuals. McGrath Rathbone director John Rathbone said: "With this deal we have not only secured the future of the firm but we have also joined a forward-thinking group." The deal takes the number of firms under the Perspective umbrella to 23. Managing director Damian Keeling (pictured) said the group would look to add more IFAs before the end of the year.
